Super cute socks for my almost 9 year old girl! Bought a size large. They were bigger than I expected, both in width (a little loose around the ankles) and length, but to be fair, my daughter has very skinny legs...I don't think they would be as long on someone her age with wider legs (and the feet might be too small in someone her age because they do have a heel in these socks which limits the sizes that can wear it).Washed once and they didn't seem to shrink much. The socks go all the way up to my daughter's knee (she is 4'3" tall), but for reference she has very small feet and wears about a size 13 shoes, but quite narrow feet. Toe to heel on the sock fit perfectly in length for her size 13 feet. They feel like a quality material that shouldn't rip. Look very cute with her AFOs (ankle foot orthotics)! :)These are among my favorite baby/toddler socks. They are well-made, thick, they hold up well in the wash without shrinking, and are sufficiently elastic all the way through so they don't slide down, but at the same time they don't pinch the baby chub either. Most socks have a tighter elastic at the top and pinch quite hard there, but these don't - they grip somewhat evenly everywhere, thus distributing the force and not leaving significant pinch marks.My one complaint is that the grip dots on the bottom come off easily, but my kids don't walk around in their socks so I don't care. But thought I'd mention it if you were planning on using them to prevent slides and falls. As soon as my babies start pulling up to stand, I put them in soft shoes with good grips, so I have a wider pick of socks, whether with or without grips.These are so cute on my 15 mo boy! We get comments on them every time be wears them, people think they are adorable. They provide a perfect 2nd layer of warmth during the week, which is much needed here in our Michigan winter! On weekends we add slippers and a sweater and he is comfy and warm around the house, no pants needed! We wear and wash them at least once a week, they look brand-new still. They have grippy dots on the soles, perfect for our very mobile guy on hardwood floors. Best of all, he Loves them! He will pick them out of his sock drawer and bring them to us.Great quality and wash up good as new! no pilling. my daughter loves them!I love these! They cute (although my husband doesn't agree given they're for our son) and they do the job. They go just over my son's knees when he was 9-13 months. He can't pull these off like other socks, and give him an extra layer when we're out in the cold. Great for crawling indoors in the warm months...spares the knees a bit. The sticky pads on the foot are a bit more substantial than others (like Gap socks), which is a really nice feature since we have wooden floors and my son has been learning to walk. I bought a set of these for my daughter on another popular site that begins with a "W" ... but these are far superior in quality than the previously purchased ones. I can't really review the sizing, since these are a gift and dont want to take out of the packaging, but seems fine.I highly recommend these and will buy more from this company/brand in the very near future!These are cute and they seemed to fit as exp cited so far. I don't see them lasting past a year and a half just cause the foot is almost a perfect fit for my 10mo old. Also, 4 stars because it got a hold in the toe quite fast. It hasn't spread so far so I may just sew it up. Otherwise, I get lots of compliments on how cute they are.These little knee-high socks are so adorable! Perfect with short rompers and skirts or dresses. They are soft after washing and do shrink a little, which was great for me because before washing they were too large for my daughter. She's 15 months (17.5 lbs) and I got her the Small/0-1 year size. There is a non-skid traction material on the bottom of the socks for indoor wear. They are a tad thick (like thinner leg warmer material) so if you want to use them with shoes you might have to err on a pair that has room for thick socks.The socks are quite adorable and will fit a wide range of ages and body types. Although the socks are quite stretchy, the sock seems to lack more firm elasticity so they tend to fall quite easily.Fit is a bit wide for a 1yr old (got size 1-2yrs) but my daughter LOVES them and I'm sure she will fit in them in for a while/have a better fit as she growsThese are so cute! Seem like great quality. I bought the large for my 5 yr old, and they fit well. They go up to just below the knee cap.Foot part way to loose and big looks funnyA little big for my 8 month old but can’t wait until she fits into them.
