Im around 5'7 and these fit me but only go a few inches above my knee (which was expected)They give the desired effect! ?The socks are soft and cute especially for the price but should be listed under knee highs not thigh highs. I'm 5'6" so maybe they would be thigh high length on someone much shorter but on a lady 5'4" and taller they will be more like knee highs.The socks worked well for the look I was going for. I rated them with 1 less star because they kept sliding down so I had to keep pulling them upNice socks good priceTooSuper pleased with the quality of this product for the price. My daughter had been eyeing a similar pair of socks at Hot Topic that were at least double in price. She is very in to this style of socks right now so these are getting lots of weekly use.
