For the price, these are nice socks. They are softer than I anticipated. The thickness is on par with most dress socks, and they seem to breathe well. The patterned socks stay up but don't squeeze the calf. The only issue is that the solid colored socks are a bit smaller than the pattered socks. If your feet are on the larger side of the advertised range, the solid socks may not work for you. But if you have a girlfriend or wife they'd fit her!
